Square Scarf in Sage Silk
A square scarf with endless possibilities: wear it around your neck, on your head, tied to a bag — anything goes. These are the same do-anything scarves from our FW16 collection, re-imagined with our new SS17 fabrics.
I love using these scarves to mix and match with our other fabrics — the lively-yet-subdued hue of this silk matches just about everything in our SS17 collection, but I like to think it goes especially well with our Blueberry Linen fabric.

This scarf is made of silk crepe de Chine from China. It is a heavier weight of silk (16.5mm) that has been stone washed to give it a perfectly matte and slightly nubby look. When I first laid eyes and hands on this silk, I knew it was the one — never before had I seen and felt something so amazingly luxe with perfect drape.
I hand-dyed this silk using acid dyes; this particular color is a lively sage green that pairs well with cream and navy.
In addition to the fabric, this scarf uses silk thread and organic cotton labels.
