White and golden Lizzie stood,
Like a lily in a flood,—
Like a rock of blue-vein’d stone
Lash’d by tides obstreperously,—
Like a beacon left alone
In a hoary roaring sea,
Sending up a golden fire,—
Like a fruit-crown’d orange-tree
White with blossoms honey-sweet
Sore beset by wasp and bee,—
Like a royal virgin town
Topp’d with gilded dome and spire
Close beleaguer’d by a fleet
Mad to tug her standard down.
– Christina Rossetti, Goblin Market
Temptation can be difficult to resist. As the sister to Laura, Lizzie manages to save her sister with her sturdy resolve. She shares a ruffled neckline and a keyhole neckline with her sister, but the similarities between the sisters end at the waistline, with Lizzie's hem coming far shorter and straighter than her sister's. Lizzie manages to balance opulence and restraint, resulting in a top that's extravagant yet smart.

Take a look at our Size Guide to find your size.
The Lizzie Top is most fitted in the bust and the hips, so I suggest using your bust measurements to determine your size. If you fall in between sizes, I recommend sizing up.
