Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free for all US orders; we ship USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 days to arrive.
We provide a free shipping label for US returns on full-price merchandise; sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. We ship all around the world for a flat rate of $15; for international returns, due to customs regulations, you must supply your own return shipping label.
All our garments are made to order and will ship by the lead time listed on the product page. Our lead time varies based on how busy we are, although it's generally somewhere around 3-4 weeks. If you need something by a certain date or are wondering about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to send us an email.
Since we are based in Arkansas, we collect sales tax on orders placed in the state of Arkansas. We do not collect sales tax from orders placed in any other states.
If you are not completely satisfied with your new clothes (so sad to hear that!), you may return your item(s) in their original state within seven days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs if you ordered from outside the US) in your original form of payment. We do not accept returns on items that you have worn, altered, washed, de-tagged, or damaged. (You're totally welcome to an in-home try-on, however!)
If your return is postmarked after seven days but within 21 days of receipt, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of your purchase. Any items postmarked 22 days or more after your receipt will be mailed back to you. All sale items (any products marked with a price in red font on our website) are final sale and cannot be returned.
To set up a return, email email@example.com with your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email) and what you would like to return. For those in the US, we will then issue you a return label, and you may drop your package off at your nearest USPS drop-off location. For those outside the US, you are responsible for providing your own method of shipping back to us. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will be immediately refunded in your original form of payment.
To make an exchange, please follow the same instructions for a return and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
